Clinical Supervision for School-Based Speech Pathologists
Supporting SPs working in schools
Working as a speech pathologist inside a school is a different kind of practice — different pace, different demands, and often, different kinds of isolation. You're problem-solving in real time with teachers, families and complex caseloads, often without another SP down the hall to debrief with.
I offer clinical supervision specifically for speech pathologists working in, or moving into, school-based roles — drawing on over a decade working in and alongside Victorian government schools, and formal supervision training through Michelle Bihari.
Supervision for every stage of school-based practice
- Speech pathologists new to school-based practice, or considering the move from clinic to schools
- New graduates working towards Provisional CPSP supervision hours
- Sole traders and small practice owners who need an external supervisor for themselves or their team
- Experienced school-based SPs wanting a regular space for case discussion, reflective practice and professional accountability
